Upper Midwest Convenience Store and Energy Convention Rescheduled

Last week, we announced that the 2021 Upper Midwest Convenience Store and Energy Convention show has been rescheduled to April 18-20, 2022 due to the ongoing pandemic.

While this was a tough decision to make, we did so to protect the safety of our attendees, staff, vendors, and general public. While we wish we would be coming together this year, we are looking forward to seeing you all in St. Paul, Minnesota next spring. Next year’s convention will still be the same great agenda and venue that we registered for - and the largest show for fuel marketers and c-store professionals in the Upper Midwest!

Attendees who have already registered for the dates in 2021 will be moved forward to the 2022 registration. For those who have not yet registered, new registrations and hotel room blocks will open back up in December 2021. The UMCS is consistently known to be the best value and place to expand your network, and we intend to keep that tradition once again next year.

President and CEO Ronald Langston noted: “While we are saddened to see this event postponed, we will continue to advocate on behalf of our members to protect the health, safety, and wellbeing of those in the fuel industry. Our industry is resilient, and we remain hopeful for what is to come in the future. We look forward to see everyone back at our great UMCS convention in 2022.”
