PMAA Signs Letter in Support of Regulatory Accountability Act

PMAA joined 615 other coalition partners in sending a letter urging the Senate to consider and pass the “Regulatory Accountability Act of 2017.” The bill aims to eliminate overly-burdensome red tape and regulations in order to lift unnecessary burdens on hardworking Americans and to promote jobs, innovation and economic growth. Its intent is to radically reform abusive federal regulation of areas from the environment to the workplace.

Last month, the House passed the bill by a vote of 238-183, with five democrats voting in favor. Passing this bill in the Senate would give President Trump the tools to wipe out abusive regulation.
