A/B Operator Training Course Scheduled for March 7 at FUELIowa

On March 7, 2019, Rounds & Associates will be hosting an A/B operator training course in the FUELIowa office located at 10430 New York Avenue, Suite F, Urbandale, Iowa 50322. All FUELIowa members operating retail motor fuel facilities are required to have at least one employee on staff that has successfully completed a state-approved A/B operator training course. Rounds & Associates training meets the state of Iowa’s requirements. As a reminder, it is beneficial to have more than one staff person trained as an A/B operator. Staff turnover paired with state rules requiring an A/B operator be able to respond to a facility emergency within two hours of a reported incident make having multiple staff members trained a virtual necessity.
