2018 Motor Fuels Excise Taxes

PMAA has put together a detailed summary of the 2018 motor fuel excise tax rates. Iowa motor fuel excise tax is charged on each product listed in addition to the federal excise tax. PMAA’s compliance bulleting also includes important reminders as they relate to the biodiesel blender’s credit, the recently reauthorized Oil Spill Liability Tax (OSLT), and the federal Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) Tax.
