Your 2017 annual tags will expire April 1, 2018. If you have not received your 2018 annual tank tags but have paid, please contact Cara Ingle at 515-725-8364. The processing of your annual tags may be held up for compliance issues (expired insurance, overdue compliance inspection, no a/b operator, or major operational compliance problems).
Payment of fees does not mean you are authorized to operate or receive fuel. You must be compliant with all applicable regulations and tags must be issued.
It is illegal for an UST system to operate without current tags.
Subrule 567—135.3(3)j of the Iowa Administrative Code states it is unlawful for a person to place a regulated substance in an UST that does not have current annual tags attached to the fill port.
Owner, operator, and transporter are subject to fine if fuel is received without current tags.
If you are missing the purple permanent tag you must request a replacement by completing the Replacement Tank Tag Form.
It is $10 per tag for replacements.
Please ensure your 2018 annual tags are attached to the fill ports by April 1, 2018.
