UST Stakeholder Group Set to Reconvene on Wednesday, March 15

On Wednesday, March 15, the UST stakeholder group will reconvene to discuss the implementation of EPA’s revised underground storage tank regulation.  Since the last stakeholder meeting, a task force assigned with taking a closer look at the regulation has met several times to discuss the impacts of the rule on industry and to develop pathways for owners and operators to comply with EPA’s regulation.

The stakeholder meeting will begin at 1pm in the third-floor conference room of the Wallace State Office Building.  Any interested party is welcome to attend.  Please contact john@pmcofiowa.com if you plan to attend the meeting.
