Retailer Highlights Proposed Biofuel Mandate Problems on Iowa Press

Fuel retailer and member of the Iowa Biodiesel Board Mark Cobb (Brighton, Iowa) was recently featured on the "Iowa Press" program on Iowa PBS. Cobb, who is supportive of biofuel expansion in Iowa, aired his concerns about passing a mandate to try and meet that goal.
